So what's it like?
A true wild west ski town
Set amongst the spectacular and world famous Teton Mountain Range, Jackson Hole can only be described as a ski mecca! Not forgetting the rip-roaring Wild West of downtown Jackson with its raised wooden boardwalks, cowboy feel and colourful nightlife.
Ski information
Beginners
Jackson is a great place to learn, the ever helpful ski school will give you confidence through expert tuition. The Snow King mountain, directly behind downtown Jackson also offers beginner slopes and a chance to try night skiing.
Intermediates
Miles and miles of perfectly groomed pistes and long cruising runs from the top of Jackson's huge mountain combine to make this ski area an intermediates' paradise. You will never cover all that is on offer in Jackson, but you will have great fun trying!
Advanced
Numerous world-famous challenges await. Whilst it is advisable to watch the local experts plunge into infamous Corbets Couloir, you will find the superb powder in the Cheyenne, Laramie and Tensleep Bowls an amazing experience.
