Great views, lots of sunshine and skiing for all
Villars is a charming resort on a sunny plateau with views over to Mont Blanc and boasts an excellent ski area with a great selection of well groomed pistes. Linked with Villars is the resort of Les Diablerets which has its own glacier guaranteeing snow to the region. Villar has a range of leisure facilities, a host of shops and variety of restaurants and bars. With free lift access for under 9's, trails for skilled skiers and an excellent snowpark, Villars-Gryon is an ideal destination for spending an unforgettable winter holiday with your family or friends.

Ski information
Beginners
Villars is an excellent choice for beginners, with gentle nursery slopes by the resort and also at the top of the Bretaye, reached by the scenic mountain railway. The ski schools are excellent and will ensure you are soon onto higher, gentle pistes.
Intermediates
Intermediate skiers will really enjoy the wealth of excellent blue and red runs throughout the the linked Alpes Vaudoise network. Try the reds and blues from the top of Le Mazots.
Advanced
There is plenty of high mileage skiing in the whole area as well as challenging long runs. On the Glacier des Diablerets, enjoy the 10km red run down the Combe d'Audon.
Nightlife
Villars is a cosy village with a few lively bars such as Charlies and Le Sporting.

Swimming pool, ice skating, curling, paragliding, bowling alley, snowshoeing, 30km winter walks, excursions to Montreux & Lausanne.
