So what's it like?
Well-groomed pistes in the centre of the Val Gardena
New to Thomson for this winter, Santa Cristina is located at the foot of the famous Saslong World Cup ski run in the centre of the Val Gardena. Access to the famous Sella Ronda is simple too, by jumping on a skibus up to Selva, just 2km away, or skiing over from the top of Ciampinoi. This is a 26km circular tour with well groomed pistes and modern efficient lift systems. The whole area has excellent snow-making facilities, guaranteeing cover throughout the season. Santa Cristina is a traditional Tirolean style village with a number of hotels, bars and restaurants, well linked by bus to the main town of the valley, Ortisei, as well as Selva.
