So what's it like?
Cortina, often referred to as the pearl of the Dolomites, is one of Italy's top ski resorts. It has some of the most stunning scenery in the world, well-groomed pistes and extensive local skiing providing varied terrain for all abilities. It is part of the expansive Dolomiti Superski area, the well-known ski areas of San Cassiano and Corvara are within easy reach, providing more challenging pistes, including the Hidden Valley. A genuinely pretty town, Cortina oozes a classic Italian ambience with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and non-ski activities to please everyone.
