So what's it like?
The Royal Ours Blanc is wonderfully positioned, on the main street in Alpe d'Huez, a short walk to the bucket lift taking you direct to the slopes. Guests can recuperate in the indoor swimming pool and sauna after a day on the slopes as well as relaxing in the newly refurbished lobby bar, complete with a giant statue of a polar bear, after which the hotel is named. Rooms sleeping three or four (two adults and two children) with a sofa bed for the third and fourth person are available.
