  • So what's it like?

A pretty, traditional resort perfect for families

In the Salzkammergut region of Austria, Gosau offers a beautiful setting for ski holiday. Ski information

    Beginners

The Dachstein West area offers a great place to get your skiing of to a flying start for Adults and Children. The legendary Brumsiland is especially popular with little ones, with its fun skiing bumblebee ‘Brumsi’. Those first carving turns are much better when you’re having lots of fun, that’s why there are fairy-tale figures and boarder cross in Brumsiland, instead of tedious gates and wishy-washy beginner’s pistes. Up and coming talented skiers also get to let off steam on the magic carpet, on the bobsled run and in the fun park.

    Intermediates

With 142km of wide and well groomed intermediate piste this is the perfect place to work on your technique, whilst admiring the amazing panorama views over the Salzkammergut region.

    Advanced

Although best suited for intermediate skiers there are still 3 black runs in the area and some good off piste under the lifts and between the runs.
