Thomson accommodation ratings
Our accommodation is given Thomson's own rating - known as the 'T' rating, but please be aware that there may be a difference between the accommodation's official star rating and Thomson Ski's own rating. Our rating is based on annual appraisals and customers' views taken from their end-of-holiday customer satisfaction questionnaires, with hotels and apartments rating from '2' for no-frills, good value accommodation to '5' for more comfort and a wider range of facilities.

Thomson believes in honesty so we publish the views of our recent customers.
At the end of every holiday we ask our customers to complete a Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire, the results of which are analysed by an independent market research company. These scores then feature in our brochure and allow you to see how resorts and accommodation have fared in our customers' opinion.
Resorts are scored on: Resort Overall, Après Ski and Ski School. Accommodation is scored on: Holiday Overall, Accommodation Overall, Location Overall and Food Overall. See the relevant scores on the pages for your chosen resort.
Some accommodation carries our coveted Gold Medal which is awarded on a yearly basis in conjunction with the results of our Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires. The Gold Medal accommodation on this website reflects your opinions from Winter 2008/09.
