With 28 years experience as a ski holiday provider, Crystal have both the knowledge and experience to ensure that your holiday runs smoothly and Thomson and Crystal will be working together to provide the quality of service you expect from a Thomson holiday.

Crystal representatives will be there when you land to ensure you are picked up at the airport and transferred to your accommodation. They will also conduct your Welcome meeting and be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you get the very best from your ski holiday.

  All Crystal ski representatives undergo a strict selection process and training programme prior to acceptance.

  Their main role is to ensure that your holiday runs as smoothly as possible, from start to finish. Our team of ski reps will be available to offer valuable advice about your destination and provide any further assistance that you need during your skiing holiday.

• Lift pass delivery service

  Your Crystal rep will help you onto the slopes as quickly as possible by delivering your lift pass to where you are staying.

  This great service is only available at ski resorts that show the FAST PASS logo.

• Crystal ski and board escort service

  Our Crystal escort service offers all-round knowledge of the ski resorts, basic safety training and will help you get to know the mountains.

  The escorts provide a social and recreational service, giving like-minded people the opportunity to ski together.

• Crystal childcare service

  Families will be able to take advantage to the range of childcare facilities that Crystal offers at many resorts.
