Lively, social ski resort with high mountain slopes
Les Deux Alpes is among Europe's highest ski resorts. The modern and lively town is friendly and relaxed, boasting plenty of shops, bars, cafés, a good selection of après ski and other activities. The resort lies along the centre of its valley, with immediate access to the slopes in all directions. There are plenty of lifts within easy reach of all the accommodation. Most of the skiing and the snow sure glacier is on the eastern side of Les Deux Alpes and is reached by the Jandri Express gondola, the western side of the resort climbs to Pied Moutet at 2100m.
